PRIVACY POLICY
Asian Bead Products respects and upholds the privacy of its clients and users. We guarantee that we will not disclose any personal or business information to third parties. We consider any information we receive from you – through email, phone or otherwise – to be private and it will remain as such.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Some of the items may be readily available in our Canada office, or from our Philippine supply so we just need sufficient time for shipment. For other items, we cater to orders on custom-made basis. Production time may vary from 2 weeks to 45 days, depending on the type and availability of material.
Prices for wholesale orders are available upon request. Our prices are FOB Canada, but you may also request for C&F (Cost and Freight) quotation.
We require minimum total amount for wholesale order which is US$ 500, and quantity of at least 50 strands for any type of beads that have to be custom-made.
To make an order, just email your quantity, product code and description. We will then prepare the Proforma Invoice and email back to you for confirmation.
SHIPPING
Customers may request for their own courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx or DHL), and shipping will be made through their courier and charged to their account.
For Canada addresses, shipping is FREE. For Canadian customers, we charge 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) based on the cost of the purchased items.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by money order or wire transfer. We shall request full payment prior to shipment of the goods.
RETURN POLICY
It is our goal that our customers will have 100% satisfaction in their purchases. But if in any way the customer is not satisfied, the customer can return the item within 7 days, and the purchase amount will be credited to the next purchase or returned to the customer. Shipping and remittance costs will be charged to the customer.
